Formed by a group of like-minded senior consultants, Henkan is a global Continuous Improvement (CI) consultancy and training organisation, majoring in lean healthcare, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and Lean Sigma. Although still a relatively young organisation, we have already delivered outstanding business results for our client base of blue chip companies, earning ourselves an enviable reputation within the consulting and training industry across Europe.
